The German hockey federation already has an eagle and a nation behind it, it just never had one mark that all of hockey could hold. So we drew it from the game itself: two sticks cross, the shafts become the wings, the hooks become the tail, and the bird only exists because the sport does. One construction, then a whole federation of it. Black, red and gold for the bund, the same eagle in one colour for Honamas and Danas, gold for the youth, blue and orange for the leagues, green for the pitch finder, grey for hockey.de. We are hockey players, we made this for the people we play with, and we showed it to the board. It has not happened yet. The drawing stands.
