A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us, ZEUS Verlag e.K., Jaegerhofstrasse 23, 40479 Duesseldorf, Germany, telephone +49 211 81998081, email info@zeus-verlag.de, by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and you are never charged a fee for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods where that results from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Send caps back unworn, with the label still attached and in the original packaging. Write to ciao@seasonedoffice.eu with your order details and you get a return address by reply.

Return postage is on you unless the cap arrived faulty or wrong, in which case we cover it. Exchanges for another country cap are free once per order, subject to stock.
